The Passenger Ship Crowd Management Training Course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills they must possess to perform the function and assist passengers by following the procedures and structured plans on board the passenger ship. This covers the mandatory competencies and the required knowledge, understanding and competencies specified in the STCW Code.The Training Course in PASSENGER SHIPS CROWD MANAGEMENT TRAINING belongs to the minimum training requirements and instructions for crowd management in those ships dedicated to passenger transport, in accordance with the provisions of Rule V / 2, paragraph 7, Section A -V / 2, paragraph 3 and Table A-V / 2-1 of the amended STCW'78 Convention and its Training Code, comprises 12 hours between theory and practice.
